Having used assessments developed by third parties ourselves, we saw first hand how expensive and cumbersome they can be. Our assessments are developed to be both cost-effective and user-friendly. You have the option of administering the test at the candidate's preferred location, at your office or at one of the HireSmart testing centers. There is no additional cost for administering the test at one of our testing centers. Our assessments provide evaluations across four dimensions namely Aptitude, Behavioral, Communication and Domain Specific. Each test is built from random questions of varying difficulty levels drawn from a large pool. To accommodate any special needs our tests are fully customizable whether that is duration, number of questions, difficulty levels, topics or subjects.
